Thepla can be eaten during breakfast & can also be a good tiffin / lunch box item. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Cup Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) <br />250 gms Wheat Flour <br />4 tbsp Gram Flour <br />3 tbsp Carom Seeds & Sesame Seeds Powder <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crush <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder <br />Salt to taste <br />Oil <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, gram flour, carom seeds & sesame seeds powder, ginger garlic crush, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, fenugreek leaves, salt & oil. Mix everything well. <br />- Add water and make a soft dough. <br />- Apply little oil and let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes. <br />- Divide the dough in small portions. <br />- Apply some wheat flour and start rolling out medium size theplas. <br />- On a hot pan roast the theplas. <br />- Apply oil on both sides and roast evenly. <br />- Thepla can be served with pickle or tomato sauce.
